GOALS, OBJECTIVES, PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, STRATEGIES


Strategic goals, objectives, performance indicators and strategies; are determined through studies carried out with a working group(s) established in the central units of the ministry. Realization dates of objectives’ performance indicators under the goals determined via participatory approach and the factors to be taken into consideration during realization are shown in the following tables. The goal of “Increasing institutional capacity and quality of service” is listed first for its being the main factor in realizing strategic goals.
